  • DFI Upadhi division started functioning since January 2008 with the main aim of helping the unemployed Brahmin youth. It aims to coordinate between employers and unemployed candidates and help the candidates of our community to get employment. This division was registered as “DFI Upadhi” Trust on 31-01-2011.
  • DFI and its group of companies have since been providing livelihood to nearly 300 Brahmin Families by employing them in various Departments and Branches.
  • So far DFI Upadhi has conducted 50 job Fairs and provided employment to more than 1000 candidates. More than 500 companies (Small, Medium to Multi National) are in contact with this wing.


  • The Upadhi wing receives data from employers about the vacancies available with them. It undertakes registration from candidates seeking employment.
  • After matching the suitability, the candidates are sent to the employers for engaging them after interview and selection.
  • Job Fairs are conducted frequently where the candidates will have the opportunity to meet the employers directly.

    1. DFI Life and General Members only are eligible to register with Upadhi.
    2. Registration Fee is Rs.100/-.
    3. Registration can be done in the City Administrative Office or any DFI Branch. Registration can also be done online by downloading the application from the website www.dhanwantri.org. The duly filled-in application can be sent by Email to: jobmela.dfi@gmail.com and the amount of Rs.100/- can be deposited in Account No.555702010002168, IFSC Code UBIN0555576, Union Bank of India, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad. This information should be provided to DFI Upadhi Wing. Candidates can also send the filled-in applications by post to the Upadhi department at the DFI Administrative Office, H.No.2-2-1108/6/8, Tilaknagar Cross Roads, Amberpet, Hyderabad-500044.
    4. Registration is valid for 3 months, during which period the candidates are given opportunity to undergo recruitment process for two times, subject to eligibility and availability of vacancies.
    5. There is no restriction with regard to age and qualification.
    6. Applicants should fill all the columns in the application and also attach resume.
    7. Candidates who secure employment through DFI Upadhi are required to give an undertaking to donate 50% of the first month salary (if the salary is equal to Rs.10,000 or more) as facilitation fee to DFI Upadhi Trust.
    8. While DFI does not give any guarantee to provide jobs, all efforts would be made to ensure that maximum candidates are suitably placed by referring them to employers depending on their suitability.
    9. Employers opting to fill the vacancies in their organizations are requested to furnish details in the prescribed form and mail the same to jobmela.dfi@gmail.com.
